Please take a look to this Virus Total check:

2 Antivirus found virus in the file: SitNGoWizardSetup_1_0_2_067.exe
The first one found WS.Reputation.1 that is not a real virus it’s just a reputation score, but the second:TROJ_GEN.F47V1113
I was about to install sngwiz but that scared me. I think your software should be safe, but please take a look.
It’s a false positive. That release has been downloaded thousands of times with no reported problems.

In Metascan the file is clean: 0/40 https://www.metascan-online.com/es/scanresult/file/bf3c013cd750434ca349192ffdb505d6
But please consider to talk to antivirus TrendMicro-HouseCall in order to fix that in virustotal, because is really scaring.
