The first time you start the Wizard it will walk you through the steps needed to set up the hand history database. The Wizard uses the Holdem Manager 2 (HM2) database engine to create an HM2 database.
Using an HM2 database to store hand histories has several adavantages.
1. You only need to import hand histories once.
2. You can filter hands by date and game status.
3. If you upgrade to HM2 your database is already set up and ready to go.
