I play on bovada poker and am trying to import a tournament and see how sng wizard analyzes it, but I can’t get it to work.  When I open Bovada and go to “account” and “game transactions” and look up a specific tournament and click on “available for download” I wait for  a few minutes and then I can open a text file of the tournament hands and then open the sng wizard 2 and then go to “import” and “import file” and find the right folder but once I click on it and click close, I don’t see where I go next to see the file I just imported being analzyed.  I don’t get it.

Bovada hand histories are not yet supported by SW2. SW2 uses the HM2 hand history importer, so when HM2 adds support for Bovada SW2 will also support it.

I just posted a new release of SitNGo Wizard that adds Bovada support.

That email was referring to SW1.

I wish that was made more clear because I went through a bunch of trouble trying to download sngw2  and finally got it to work, but  am now apparently wasting the 30 day trial period.  I already used the sng1 trial period months ago.

    I apologize for the confusion.

Please install the latest version of SW1, send me your licence ID, which you can find in the About box on the help menu, and I will extend your trial.

If you are having trouble getting Bovada to save hand histories you will need to contact Bovada support.

This video show how to import hand histories.

I made the same mistake, I downloaded SW2 when I need SW1 because I only play on Bovada. I just activated my free trial, can you restore my trial status so that I can use it on SW1 please?

You should be able to get the SW1 trial just by installing and running SW1. If that is not working, please send me an email.
