Make sure you are running the latest HM2 release.

Make sure you have a tournament tag assigned to the tournament.

If you still have a problem, please send me a hand history.

Same problem here.. i can only see chip equity even if i have a tag assigned to the tournament. Using both stand-alone version and the one included in HM2 (version 2.0.0.7725)
Should i send you a hand history?

An update: it seems  that HM2 isn’t saving the payout data.

The only way to see $EV in SnGW2 is to open the sofware (i tried this with HM2 embedded version) and then edit the custom tag of the tournament that i want to analyze adding the payout. If i close the software and reopen it, the payout disappears so i need to enter it again.

Even if i use default HM2 tags (for example 9-Person pokerstars) SnGW2 shows me only chip EV because payout is empty.

I also have another strange issue where on some hands SnGW2 doesnt show me the push range/percentage but only a ()

The update solved the payout issue for the standalone version. I still have some problems regarding push range and also other issues. I’m gonna send you more examples..
