Hand import problem

Hello, I use the SnG Wizard 1 Trail Version.
I tried to open a hand but it seems not to work. 🙁

I click on “Tournament folder” and then I choose a hand.

But I get only this screen. 🙁
How can I analyse my hand now?

Make sure your hand histories are saved in English. If that is not the problem, try copying a single hand history to a new folder and open that folder in the Wizard.

If you still have a problem, please send me a hand history file.

Ok, I have reinstall the program now I can load files from my tournament folder but not single hands from holdem manager2. 🙁

Hello,

I cannot open hand history files from 888 poker. It’s in english, I already tried to move it to another folder, yet, no success. With Party Poker everything works just fine, so that’s why I don’t really understand what’s the problem. Could you please help me?
