You can report problems with SW3 using the Report problem option on the Help menu.
You may also be prompted to report a problem when the Wizard encounters a problem importing a hand history.
The report problems dialog contains three fields.
- Email – Enter your email address if you would like a response to your problem.
- Problem – Type a description of the problem, including the exact steps needed to reproduce it.
- Hand history files – Click the “…” button below to add any hand histories needed to reproduce the problem. Use the “x” button to remove hand histories.
Click the Send button to send the problem report to SitNGo Wizard support. If you are not contacted by email within 24 hours, please send an email to support@sngwiz.com.
