If you are having a problem loading your hand histories, make sure you are running the latest release. You can download the latest release by clicking here. After you install, open the Wizard, go to program options, and set CheckForUpdates to true. Then the Wizard will notify you when a new release is available.

Make sure you save your hand histories in English. The Wizard cannot import hand histories saved in other languages.
