There are several ways to access your hand history. The easiest way is to:
1. Open the lobby
2. Select “Settings” from the main menu
3. Then select “Advanced options” – “General settings” and finally “Hand History”
4. Click “E-mail instant hand history” and after the new window opens, select “My last 5 – 100 hands”.
This method will only give you access to your last 5 – 100 played hands.
The second method, which will give you the full hand history, is to keep the history on your computer. You can find the files in this folder if you have saved the client in the default location:
Windows XP: C:\Program Files\bwincom\bwincomPoker\HandHistory
Windows Vista and Windows 7: C:\Programs\bwincom\bwincomPoker\HandHistory
If you don’t have the option to save played hands activated, you can do so by following these steps:
1. Open the lobby
2. Select “Settings” from the main menu
3. Then select “Advanced options” – “General settings” and finally “Hand History”.
4. Make sure the “Store hand history logs” is ticked. Choose to store the last 1 – 365 days.
5. Save your settings.
Now your hand history will be saved on your computer.
Remember that folders are automatically deleted when:
1. The number of days you specified to save the hand history have been exceeded.
2. 365 days have passed (since this is the maximum that the system can save hand histories).
1. In main lobby click menu > My options > Hand history. (A new window opens)
2. From here you can simply enter your tournament name or id and click the “show hand history” button, or you can enter view last hands or dates and click “show hand history” button.
3. All searched for hands appear in the field below and you can either select one or multi-table hands to be exported by pressing the “export hand history” button.
4. Save hands onto computer.
In your Full Tilt Poker client, select Options->Hand History. Make sure “Save My Hands Histories” is checked and note the “Current Location” folder path. It is probably something like “C:\Program Files\Full Tilt Poker\HandHistory”. Full Tilt Poker will create another folder here with the same name as your user name. So hand histories will actually be stored here (or something similar):
C:\Program Files\ Full Tilt Poker \HandHistory\
Where is your Full Tilt Poker user name. Note that turning this option on does not save any previously played tournament hand histories. It will only save new tournaments you play.
After you have played a tournament so that a hand history has been saved, open the SitNGo Wizard. Click on “Open a tournament folder” on the Wizard’s home page and select the folder above. The Wizard will load the hand history files contained in this folder.
In your PokerStars client, select Settings->Playing History->Hand History. Make sure “Save My Hands History” is checked and note the “Where To Save” folder path. It is probably something like
C:\Users\LoginName\AppData\Local\PokerStars\HandHistory
where LoginName is your Windows login user name. PokerStars will create another folder here with the same name as your Pokerstars user name. So hand histories will actually be stored here (or something similar):
C:\Users\LoginName\AppData\Local\PokerStars\HandHistory\UserName
Where UserName is your PokerStars user name. Note that turning this option on does not save any previously played tournament hand histories. It will only save new tournaments you play.
Important: Make sure the “Save in English” checkbox is turned on.
After you have played a tournament so that a hand history has been saved, open the SitNGo Wizard. Click on “Open a tournament folder” on the Wizard’s home page and select the folder above. The Wizard will load the hand history files contained in this folder.
Note: If there are no hand histories in your PokerStars hand history folder and you are using Holdem Manager 2 it is because HM2 has moved your hand history files to its archive folder. By default, the HM2 archive folder is located at C:\HM2Archive.
