Anonymoushi i have a problem. SNG opens fine and it shows it is registerd, when i try to open a turnament either of fulltilt or pokerstar id doesnt open. ath ethe botem the progress bar goes till the end and then no error nothing.
can u please help.

AnonymousI have this or a similar problem. I have updated to the latest release. Played 28 tournaments so far today, I go to ‘Open a tournament folder’, find today’s folder, no files show.
The hh files are in the actual folder when I open it in windows explorer. This also happened last week. I played x tournaments on 22nd of May but only one is available for that day.
Please send me a hand history.
I have had the trial version for 3 weeks or so & have not been able to get it to consistently open tournament.
I am on Merge & have attempted to open the tnmt folder & then browse the recently opened. I can see it import but then nothing on the games.
Am I doing something wrong? I have the latest version & like the quiz feature, but have been unable to truly try the product out without the ability to check my playing history to see when I made mistakes or made good plays.
What am I doing wrong so that I can accurately test the product?
