Why is the advice given by SNG so different then the advice you get on HoldemResources when pressing NASH?

For example on a hyper turbo 6 max on carbon when everyone starts with 300 chips and 15/30 blind…

SNG Wizard tells you to push:
    7.5% UTG
    11.5% UTG+1
    24.3% CO
    82.7% BU
    100% SB

HoldemResources ICM Nash Calculator tells you to push:
    14.8% UTG
    18.6% UTG+1
    24.3% CO
    33.9% BU
    57.5% SB

Why are these numbers so different and which one is more optimal for this push/fold game?

    Thank you,
    Nick

The difference in results is due to the difference in the default opponent hand ranges. Nash assumes that every player plays optimum hand ranges and that every player knows that every other player is playing optimum hand ranges. The Wizard’s opponent model uses default hand ranges based on a table of values for various situations. Neither approach is accurate, which is why you should always review the opponent hand ranges and adjust them based on your experience and judgement.
