That is the latest release. Just re-install it.
Please try this.
Uninstall the Wizard.
Delete these folders:
“C:\Users\UserName\AppData\Local\In The Money”
“C:\Users\UserName\AppData\Local\\In_The_Money_LLC”where UserName is your Windows login name.
Then download and install the latest release.
Please send me a hand history.
Full Tilt changed their file format. The change will be supported in the next release.
Please send me a hand history so I can reproduce the issue.
Thank you. I will update the structure in the next release.
Do all tournaments start with 800 chips or does the starting chip count depend on the type of tournament?
Do all tournament types have the same blind levels?
If so, please send me the complete blind levels and I will update the tournament structures. If the blind levels and starting chip counts depend on the tournament type, please send me the blind levels and chip counts for the tournaments that you know about.
An update was posted last week. Please download the latest release.

Maybe I am misunderstanding your question. You cannot set the difference in version 1 either. Are you referring to the edge?
You cannot manually set the difference. It is calculate by the Wizard.
In the General section of the Quiz settings, set Review mode to NoReview.
Please send me the original PokerStars hand history file.
You should not be analyzing deep stack hands in quiz mode. It is only intended to analyze short stack hands.
I will add it to the next release, but you can easily add it yourself. See User Defined Tournament Structures in the Help contents for instructions.
