Hi,
Please send an exported hand history file to support@sngwiz.com.
It is saved to
C:\Users\UserName\AppData\Roaming\HoldemManager\HandRanks.dat
where UserName is your Windows login name. The size is about 126MB.
The difference in results is due to the difference in the default opponent hand ranges. Nash assumes that every player plays optimum hand ranges and that every player knows that every other player is playing optimum hand ranges. The Wizard’s opponent model uses default hand ranges based on a table of values for various situations. Neither approach is accurate, which is why you should always review the opponent hand ranges and adjust them based on your experience and judgement.
An update has been posted here.
Your argument has merit. One could also argue that after 3 players fold the button will on average have better cards that if there are only 3 players in the hand. That should cause the callers to tighten up a bit.
I’m not sure there is any “right” answer. You do have the option in SW1 to create your own custom opponent model. Your custom model can be used in both SW1 and SW2.
1) The Wizard only compares pushing to folding. It does not consider moves that would require post-flop play. You are correct that 30BB is too deep to push, so you should consider a non-all-in move. Around 10BB or less is the area where pushing is generally better that raising.
2) Please send this hand to support@sngwiz.com and I will investigate.
3) Default opponent hand ranges are computed using tables that consider the number of players in the hand, position, previous actions, and stack sizes. If you want more information, download SW1 and see “Custom opponent models” in the help.
The thinking here is that players loosen up when there are fewer players in the hand.

Hi,
Instead of not importing hands, what you really want to do is set filters so you only see the hands you are interested in. See this link for more information.
Hi, Sorry for the delayed response. I received your email and have replied.
You can add a tournament tag. See:
Yes, the Wizard will load 888 hand histories.
What error message do you get?
July 10, 2015 at 8:29 am in reply to: Hero Action is Suggested action but hand status is error #1408Make sure you are running release 2.0.0.488. If you still have a problem, please send a hand history file to support@sngwiz.com.
The current player does not affect the analysis. It is only possible to analyze the hero since we may not know the opponents hole cards.
