Are you running the latest release (2.0.0.366)? If you are, can you send me the hand history?
I entered the hand information as a custom hand using the default opponent hand ranges and it came out with a +0.85% diff.

Make sure your hand histories are saved in English. If that is not the problem, try copying a single hand history to a new folder and open that folder in the Wizard.
If you still have a problem, please send me a hand history file.
You should be able to get the SW1 trial just by installing and running SW1. If that is not working, please send me an email.

I am working on an update that will improve the speed of hands with custom opponent ranges. It should be available in the next week or so.
Good catch! I will fix that in the next release.
I think you need at least v8.4. We use the same database engine as Holdem Manager 2, so this FAQ page may help.

I apologize for the delayed response. I have a fix, but need to get a couple of more fixes in before I can post an update. It should be ready in the next few days.
Please send me the hand history and I will investigate.
Make sure your computer’s system clock is set to the correct date.
Make sure your fire wall or virus software is not blocking the Wizard’s access to the internet.
Select “License Management” on the Help menu, enter your activation code and click the Register button.
If you still have a problem send me your license ID, which you can find on the About box on the Wizard’s help menu.
