Please email a hand history file to support@sngwiz.com.
The Nash calculator uses different opponent hand ranges.
Make sure you are pasting text from the original hand history. If you copy the hand history text in your original post it will not import because the some characters get replaced.
If you are having a problem with an original hand history, please email the hand history to support@sngwiz.com.
Please download the latest release. I have added the ability to paste.
Steal and resteal stats are only applicable when stacks are deep relative to the blinds. Push/fold decisions typically occur later in a tournament when stacks are short relative to the blinds. I doubt there is much correlation between the two.
It is not possible to display the HUD on the snapshot view at this time. This feature may be added in the future.
I am not aware of any stat that can be used to reliably estimate opponent hand ranges. If you have any ideas on how to convert stats into hand ranges, I would be happy to discuss them with you.
Make sure you are saving the hand histories in English.
Please read these FAQs.
If you still have a problem, please send a hand history to support@sngwiz.com.

If you are using SW1, click the Edit Hand History button and you can view the opponent hole cards in the hand history.
If you are using SW2, open the replayer from the tournaments tab and you can view opponent hole cards in the replayer.
There is no simple guide for learning push/fold strategy. If it were simple, everybody would be doing it.
I suggest getting Crushing Online Sit-and-Go’s. It is an e-book that teaches an effective mathematical approach to push/fold.
When you select Open a tournament folder, the Import Files dialog should remember and default to the last folder you opened. Is it not doing this?
You can also click on the down arrow to select a recently opened folder. Does this work?
If you are using HM2 you should not be import files from the HM2Archive folder. It contains files that have previously been imported into your database, so you don’t need to import them again.
I am not sure where the “open new folder tab” is located. Can you list the exact steps you are taking?
The edge was removed in SW2 because it confused a lot of users. I may consider adding back in if I am presented with a compelling reason.
The copy feature has not been implemented yet.
SW2 uses a slightly different edge when computing the suggested action.
Thank you for posting the hand history. I will investigate at get back to you.
