Are you running the latest release? I cannot reproduce the problem in release 2.0.0.132.

Thank you for sending the hand history. I believe the problem is fixed in the latest release. You can download the latest release here.
I am not sure what you are asking, but if images are missing you the game view, please try this:
Uninstall the Wizard.
Delete these folders:
“C:\Users\UserName\AppData\Local\In The Money”
“C:\Users\UserName\AppData\Local\\In_The_Money_LLC”where UserName is your Windows login name.
Then download and install the latest release.
If you do not see either of these folders, they may be hidden. Please see this link:
Please send an email to support@sngwiz.com and attach the hand history file to it. If you send me your SitNGo Wizard license ID I will extend your trial.
To find your license ID in Holdem Manager 2 (HM2), select the SitNGo Wizard tab and click on the “My License” button on the far right side of the ribbon bar. The My License dialog displays a number that is your license ID.
Make sure you are runing the latest release.
If you are running the latest release, please send me the hand history.
I could not import your hand history because the message board messes up the formatting. It would be better if you emailed me the hand history.
Also, you did not mention what opponent hand ranges you are using. Without knowing the opponent hand ranges, it is impossible to provide usefull information.
Please check each opponent hand range and adjust those you think are not accurate. By adjusting the opponent hand ranges you may find the decision changes.
Please read these FAQs and if you still have a problem send me a hand history.
I see I have resolved your problem via email.
I will update the blind structure in the next update.
Do not assume the default opponent hand ranges are accurate. You should always check each hand range and modify them based on your experience. Click on the first FAQ at this link for more information.
If you have verified each opponent hand range and you still are unsure of the results, please send me the original hand history.

HM2 can import HM1 hands, but there is not an option to import only marked hands. I have no plans to add this feature to the stand alone version of SW2.
Purchase a license using your name and email address, then send an email to support@sngwiz.com and let me know the email address and name of the person you are giving the license to.
Are you sure you deleted both folders? You may have to try again. That procedure always solves the problem.
