This is not currently possible. However, these are great suggestions and I will try to add them in a future release.

In the program options, set the Titan Poker default tournament structure to “6-max Double or Nothing”. Titan is the same as IPoker.

Please submit a bug report using these instruction.
1. Open HM2/SW2.
2. Open the settings.
3. Select the Feature Logging tab.
4. Check the SitNGoWizard check box.
5. Close the settings.
6. Reproduce the problem in as few steps as possible.
7. Exit HM2/SW2.
8. Send me this file:C:\Users\UserName\AppData\Roaming\HoldemManager\log.txt
where UserName is your Windows login name.
The Wizard can only analyze 2-way and 3-way all-in situations.

The Wizard can only use information about the current hand. It does not take future hands into consideration. So yes, when you are very short stacked you should loosen up your range.
There should be a new HM2 release coming in the next few days. The blind levels for 6-Person Hyper-Turbo Satellites will be fixed in that release.
Please make sure you are running the latest release. I am not able to reproduce the update problem in release 2.0.0.449.
Please send me the correct blind levels and I will update them in the next release.

What exactly do you mean by %pot odds and adjBB?
You can select custom hands in an opponent hand range by clicking on the hand in the hand grid. See this link for more information.
